About Ritzy Montaner Robert

At the TBF Mortgage Company in Louisville, Kentucky, Ritzy Montaner Robert is responsible for processing loans. To this end, she prepares loan applications and corresponds with both lender and borrower to ensure that clients meet the requirements for obtaining a loan. Alongside this work, Ritzy Montaner Robert recently took over and opened Cary Food Products., which distributes tamales to stores, restaurants, and to individuals in the Louisville area. It grew out of a small business that her mother started when she began selling her tamales to local Cuban establishments.

Prior to her current job, Ms. Robert had a varied career history that helped her develop a range of skills. Not only is she bilingual, but she also has exceptional communication abilities, is capable of working with a diverse community, and is proficient at business correspondence and appointment scheduling.

For several years, she was a server and dining room manager for Havana Rumba Express in Louisville. There, Ms. Robert was responsible for maintaining high customer-service standards and handling guest concerns promptly. She concurrently worked as a phlebotomy technician for a short period.
